Veriphone is compliant with GDPR Regulations.

Veriphone is operated by Epic Grove Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 17285617) with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

Veriphone is fully compliant with the requirements of a data processor under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Our application servers are hosted in the EU and adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation.

As a Data Controller you can:

• Update or correct inaccuracies in your personal data.
• Delete your personal data.
• Transfer a machine-readable copy of your personal data to you or a third party of your choice.
• Restrict the processing of your personal data.
• Object to our processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
• Object to reliance on our legitimate interests as the basis for processing of your personal data.

As a Data Processor, Veriphone provides:

• A Privacy Policy which informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information.
• A pre-signed Data Processing Agreement, meeting the requirements of Article 28 GDPR. It applies to every account and needs no signature from us — download it and file it.
• A published list of third-party sub-processors, with the locations your data is processed in, our retention periods, and the certifications we do and do not hold.
